Registration is now open for the 2022 AMEA Appraisers' Forum to be held March 16-18, 2022, at Wheeler Machinery Sales in Pomona, California.
This year's Forum will include a 7-hour USPAP course, industry presentations, hands-on training at Wheeler Machinery Sales, and lots of great events with networking opportunities that will allow attendees up to 25 continuing education hours. In conjunction with the AMEA Forum, the MDNA West Coast Chapter will be holding their chapter meeting at the NHRA Museum. Please visit their website by clicking here.
The Sheraton Fairplex hotel, conveniently located near the Ontario (ONT) airport and Wheeler Machinery Sales, will serve as the host hotel of the 2022 Forum. USPAP registration includes the 2022 - 2023 Student Manual and 2022 Reference Manual. There is no new USPAP book for the 2022 - 2023 USPAP Update Course. Please bring your 2020 - 2021 USPAP book to class. If you do not have one, please contact amea@amea.org, 703-836-7900 for more information.
Lunch will be provided for USPAP attendees on Wednesday. The welcome dinner on Wednesday, breakfast, and lunch on Thrusday and breakfast on Friday are all included with Forum registration. Dinner on Thursday is included for those that register and attend the MDNA Chapter Event.
Note for the 7-hour course: This course does not meet the Appraisal Foundation's USPAP continuing education requirements for Real Property appraisers and state licensing. This course if only for those that have already completed the 15-hour USPAP course and need the update course only.
By registering for the AMEA Appraisers' Attendees hereby agree to the following waiver:
Attendance by all individuals, including AMEA Members, MDNA Members, Administrators, and their respective employees and guests (each of the foregoing, collectively an "Attendee") at any event constitutes their legally binding agreement that:
1. I am attending the AMEA Appraisers' Forum and associated meetings at my own risk.
2. The AMEA, sponsors, the venue, the organizer, any attendees, or any of the preceding's respective employees, officers, or board members (each of the preceding, collectively the "Released Persons") are in no way legally responsible if one or more Attendees contracts COVID-19 or any other communicable disease around the time of the event or as a result of attending the event. 3. Each Attendee waives and releases each Released Person from any all liability if they contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease around the time of the event or as a result of attending the event.
